It never expires.
British Columbia does not allow expiry dates on gift cards, and we would not want one. The sessions it buys carry their normal window, and that window starts the day they are redeemed, not the day you bought this.
When they turn up, we look after you.
Once they have taken their first session, credit lands in your name toward your own training. If they go on to become a member, we give you a week of yours.
You get a copy as well.
The same card lands in your inbox at the same time, with your receipt. If theirs goes astray you can just forward it, without calling us.
